Debbie Morrell has been a Sr. Loan Consultant with Mike Dunn + Associates for nearly eight years. Debbie came to Mike Dunn with over 12 years’ of lending experience all in the field of loan originations. She still enjoys working with a broad range of homebuyers including first-time buyers, non-residents, and loans in excess of $1,000,000.
Debbie has made it a priority to specialize in residential lending. As a result, she has developed a solid base of previous clients over the years who lean on her to assist with refinances, second mortgage and construction loans.
Debbie resides in Carmel Valley with her two boys, ages 13 and 16. She is involved in many neighborhood and school functions, and enjoys participating in her son's Boy Scout activities.
Debbie’s hard work at Mike Dunn has certainly paid off. She has been the top producer in the Solana Beach office for 2001, 2002 and 2003.
After twenty successful years as a loan officer, Debbie still enjoys the diversity of working with many of our local award-winning real estate agents and can’t see herself doing anything else!
